Theodosopoulou, Anna, OLP Learning Support Lead
Ms. Theodosopoulou is a committed and highly qualified professional with a robust academic and clinical background, combined with over a decade of experience living and working in the United Kingdom. She holds a Master’s (MSc) in Speech and Language Sciences from University College London (UCL). She also holds a BA in Fine Arts from Camberwell College of Arts, University of the Arts London.
During her ten years in the UK, she gained extensive experience across educational and clinical settings, including four years in a special educational school supporting children with autism. She worked closely with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to implement individualized communication and learning interventions. Her NHS clinical placements provided further experience across hospitals, mainstream and special schools, and community settings. She has also received training in evidence-based approaches including PECS Level 2, Intensive Interaction, MAKATON, and Attention Autism.
Ms. Theodosopoulou’s professional approach is grounded in early intervention and inclusive education, emphasizing the critical role of communication, collaboration, and a person-centred, strengths-based model of support. She is committed to empowering students through individualized learning pathways and collaborative partnerships with teachers, specialists, and families.
In her current role as an Optimal Learning Program (OLP) Learning Support Lead at 曹留社区, Ms. Theodosopoulou supports students across all aspects of their learning. She works collaboratively with teachers, parents, and specialists to identify and address individual learning strengths and needs and to promote equitable and accessible opportunities for all students. In addition, she coordinates and supervises the OLP Testing Center, overseeing the implementation of testing accommodations and supporting the effective coordination of assessment procedures.
